The 2026 Ford F-250 is a powerful tool with a price tag to match. Buyers who don’t need to tow 10 tons or load two tons into the bed will be better served by the F-150. But if you need heavy-duty capability, it’s hard to beat the Super Duty.

I really love Ford's super duty Tremor!! When I finish school I will definitely get me one!
STILL TOO EXPENSIVE AND FULL OF ELECTRONIC CRAP!
I clicked the vid because you looked lost beside that truck! Enjoyed it!
After the first year they charge for navagation! 7.99 a month
After the latest "right to repair " issue with Ford and GM…I would never buy another Ford or GM product. Let them choke on them.
It’s pretty much unheard of for these modern day diesel engines to run a million miles with all the emissions equipment that’s installed on them, the old school diesel engines Yes!
Hot shot drivers are dumping them after 200-300k these days.
That front plastic snowplow has to go.
I hope you got the "Oil in Engine" Option for $245. If you do not, the Engine will Seize when driving away from dealership. Warrantee will not cover the damage as you opted not to get said option.
Heavy towing requires diesel. Gas will not last.
I sold my 2021 F350 with the diesel and went with a new one with the 7.3. After driving it for 4500 miles, I'm positive I will not be going back to diesel. This truck is a moose, and I've been absolutely impressed with its stout ability. If you need to tug very heavy loads, then by all means go diesel but be ready to pay more for that option on upgrade and maintenance…if you don't need to tow heavily – it's like buying a tuxedo to work at WalMart…it'll work but, why? My new Tremor with the 4.30 axle pulls everything I need…and gas mileage? It's a TRUCK…if I worried about that I'd bought a Maverick….just fill it up and send it.
It's a pretty POS,my 2003 Ford that I bought new in 2003 still doing what this crap on wheels will do, except my Ford won't fry 6 transmissions and bust 10 timing chains….make it make sense
Good discussion
HD 250 is the sweet spot for most people. Better ride. No more diesel for me, prices have gone up more than gas and they need to be run constantly.
I’ve owned my 2025 F250 XLT Tremor 6.7 HO for 6 months now and love it! I recently drove a brand new 2026 F250 Tremor Lariat 7.3 and there most definitely is a huge difference. You can most definitely feel the torque difference. I’d suggest people drive both before deciding which one to buy.
I got a 2026 f250 Lariat for out the door for less than $70,000. L special ordered with the four options including Ruby Red color, clearance lights, tailgate step and 7.3 l motor. That's it.
Some of that stuff comes with the STX appearance package. You make it sound like you have to pay extra for each feature.
Nice review. Thanks.
Paul just so happens to be your husband as well. 😊
